Our Safe Moving and Handling Course is a recognised one day course and is a comprehensive introduction to the importance of manual handling principles.
The Safe Moving and Handling Course covers a range of subjects covering the legal obligation of employers, the responsibilities of employees to follow instructions laid out by their employers and the acts and regulations covering equipment and the safe procedures to follow.
During your Safe Moving and Handling Course you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding this will be assessed through practical’s and theory assessments. Once we are satisfied that students have a comprehensive understanding they will be issued their certificate.
The certificate awarded by us on successful completion does not have an expiry however, with all legislation over time things change and it is advised that refreshers be carried out over a given time.
