Our Basic First Aid Course is a 4 hour introduction into first aid covering the basic skills required to deal with a medical emergency. The course is designed for anyone who wants to learn some fundamental skills for the home or work.

The Basic First Aid Course  covers limited subjects such as Managing an Incident, Casualty Management, Management of an Unconscious casualty, CPR, Respiratory conditions, Bleeding and treatment of minor injuries, Recognition and treatment of a heart attack, First Aid Kit & Accident Records

This course is not as comprehensive as those under the first aid at work but will give each and everyone of you the confidence to deal with some of the basics you may come across.

During your Basic First Aid Course you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding during the practical assessments and to clarify your understanding you will be asked questions during the course. There are no papers to sit and it is more to give you the confidence in dealing with a situation.
